Maximizing the event

Arrival

Plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the conference is scheduled to start. This will give you enough time to have breakfast and register.

The conference will start promptly, be sure to be on time.

Collection of Badges

Collection of conference documentation and identification badges will take place on 9th October 2013 from 08:00 to 09:00 at the registration desk adjacent to the conference room in the Foyer area. Participants are requested to wear their identification badge provided at registration at all times throughout the conference.

Networking

After each break change your seats to ensure you meet as many people as possible. Sit next to someone you don’t know and introduce yourself. If you are attending with a colleague split up!
You will have the opportunity to meet fellow attendees during the breaks and dinner, make sure you will have enough business cards to be able to network effectively.

Social Event

A free of charge dinner will be served on the 9th October 2013, we hope you will join us in this important social event, it offers a great opportunity to network with fellow attendees in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to the Guest Speakers and other Delegates, please turn your mobile phones off, or on silent whilst in the conference room.

After the Event / Evaluation Form

You will be given the opportunity to comment on the conference with our evaluation form, that will be handed out will be handed out on the 10th October 2013. We would appreciate your help in completing the form, as it is an important source of information on how we can improve the conference and in what sectors, along with your feedback in regard to our service. In case you forgot to fill this form out, we will send you the evaluation form by email, we really want to know what you think.

Photo Release

From time to time we use participant’s photographs in our promotional material, by virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in such material.
